Michael decorated our office for the holidays. He used our decor, plus added in elements from his personal collection. He came in overnight so that when people arrived the next day, the office was full of holiday cheer. All we've heard is how festive and fun it is. Thanks Michael!
Matt was the sole event designer for my wedding, and I have to say, he is one of the most talented people I have ever worked with. He was patient with me during the entire planning process, always listened to my ideas, and offered better solutions where necessary. Forsyth Designs took care of my flowers, decor orders / rentals, ceremony and reception setup, and were the first point of contact for all vendors day of. Having planned and produced so many events flawlessly, he did all of this with ease, and no task seemed to be out of his reach. Marianne was our florist for our wedding and EVERYTHING was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We got so many compliments with all the services she provided for us. She brought my visions to life!! She's very sweet, professional and responds to any questions or concerns promptly. My mother and I are extremely detail oriented and she did everything she could to make sure my wedding was perfect and beautiful. Marianne listened to all my thoughts and ideas and was able to give feedback and follow with other amazing ideas. I had many headaches and stressful moments planning my wedding, but I never had to stress about my flowers because I trusted her with everything and knew she was going to make things wonderful. I can't thank her enough for all the hard work she did. I recommend Marianne for not only weddings but any occasion that you need a florist!
Velina was the designer of my wedding this summer and it was PHENOMENAL. Velina did our invitations, of all our wedding decor, and even our persian ceremony alter (called Sofreh Aghd). Velina and I spoked in detail about what I was hoping for and what I wanted, and she created a wedding theme/vibe that was beyond what I had even dreamed. Her attention to detail, her care for every little component was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for the most special day ever.

During our planning process she went through every detail meticulously and everything was placed exactly where we had discussed. Anita was also my florist and I cannot express how gorgeous the arrangements turned out! All of my guests were fighting at the end of the night to take the arrangements home. I had a vision for my arrangements and decor greenery and Anita brought it to life even more beautifully than the inspiration photos. Heidi and Ashton are the best!! We had a completely DIY wedding - we made flower arrangements the night before, we had the wedding in a studio in a warehouse that was so small that we had to flip the room from ceremony to dinner set-up, we even self-DJed with Spotify playlists, yet Heidi and Ashton did not miss a beat! They took over everything the day-of as our Day-Of Coordinators, so I, the bride, could enjoy my special day! They oversaw our event staff and kept the entire day's events perfectly timed out and on-schedule, they set-up all of our beautiful decorations, they navigated all of my various playlists to make sure all of the music was perfect!! I have no complaints!! Our family and friends were extremely impressed!! They are willing to do anything and everything to make your special day perfect, and it really was :) There is nothing they can't do. Thank you Heidi and Ashton!!!!
Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). I must say I was pleasantly surprised. My daughter found them online and I now realize you can get excellent services and exquisite food at a reasonable price . Their vegetarian and vegan addition to our menu was the talk of the wedding. Thanks Lee for all you and your staff did to make my daughters wedding one to remember.
Aminah was great at listening to all of my ideas and tailoring them in a way that would make sense. We wanted a glow theme which sounds easy but our venue was a big square ugly room that needed to be transformed. Other planners I spoke with could not quite grasp what I was looking for but Aminah had some really great ideas and was supportive and patient throughout the entire planning of our son's bar mitzvah party. I have to say that the decor was absolutely amazing and beyond what I expected. The room looked beautiful with an amazing glow. You would never know it was a boring conference room! The room was classy but with a "cool vibe" for the kids. Aminah would return my calls and emails quickly and was never frazzled by all of my questions or the last minute change in venue. She is cool calm and collected and puts a positive spin on situations that could otherwise be totally stressful. She was great at keeping me on track with a time line and was also very helpful at keeping me within our budget. I loved her honesty about what we should spend money on and what we could do without. Aminah was fun to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a creative, unique and fun party!!

Rachel Murch is one of the best wedding and event planners. She is very professional, innovative and has great ideas. She also is good listener, stays within a budget and pays close attention to details. Rachel is able to listen to the wants and needs of a client and excels at meeting their expectations by using the venue to create the perfect atmosphere. Rachel pays attention to detail and ensures that the clients and guests will remember and treasure the event. She planned an event at Sacramento State for about 150 people. She was responsible for sending out the invitations, food, decorations, and coordinating the guest speakers. Some of the decorations included centerpieces, silverware, chair covers, and tables displaying personal items for the group holding the event. Rachel was able to stay within budget while planning and amazing event. With all of her knowledge and experience coordinating and planning events, I would highly recommend Rachel Murch for any wedding or event.
I worked with Sepideh from Savvy Chic on my September 2017 wedding for day of wedding coordination. She was really detail-oriented, asked great questions, was happy to execute all of the plans that were in the works and did so calmly and positively. I'd recommend her to anyone seeking wedding support!
Danny's floral arrangements are beautiful and thoughtful composites plucked out of fairy tale imagery. I was a bride who hired Danny for my wedding flowers. Originally, I just wanted fresh flowers, some roses, something simple and pretty. However, for the centerpieces, I requested a special set-up with Moroccan lanterns, rustic wood slabs, and flowers spilling out the lanterns flanked by oranges (a Chinese symbol for fortune). In addition, I noted that our wedding colors were pink, blue, cream and gold. Danny was extremely open, flexible, and considerate in listening to my and my husband's vision. In addition, there were a few last minute changes such as: number of reception tables, changing my bouquet to a cascade bouquet, and adding more corsages and boutonnieres to the order. Danny was always very patient and graciously said that he'll do everything he could to make my wedding a dream come true. On the day of my wedding, I walked into my bridal changing room and saw the most gorgeous bouquet I'd ever seen. Blush roses, blue orchis, delicate violet flowers, and eucalyptus coins tumbled majestically in a floral waterfall - wild and natural, yet together making a disciplined formation. Later, I walked down the aisle and saw my beloved standing in front of a gazebo that was swathed in white chiffon and vibrant florals, also Danny's work. An hour and a half later, when we entered the reception room, I was met with the magnificence of our sweetheart table. Being a practical person, I had just discussed with Danny that we'd have a simple sweetheart table with my bridal bouquet as a centerpiece. What met my eyes was a golden tablecloth filled with rosette swirls. Across it were crystal goblets, Moroccan lanterns juxtaposed with oranges and golden frames containing my husband's and my pictures and standing atop tomes and wooden slabs. In that moment, my simple self became suddenly enraptured by a desire for lovely things, and in my transformation, decided that I must preserve my bridal bouquet. Danny indeed works magic.
My experience was outstanding. Very professional, she is sweet and takes time with each client to make their vision into a reality. She's very detailed, has a natural talent, is a perfectionist. Anyone working with her will be very please, goes above and beyond. Very classy, luxury upscale wedding style and taste. Anything she touches comes together like music, is a master piece. She did an amazing job for all my events and the events I have attended to. I would literally change my event date just to have her do my decor. You don't regret it. Beautiful work!

Christina and her team at CRC Custom Events were amazing! We would 100% recommend her. We hired her for day-of coordination and venue decor. She did so much for us leading up to the wedding and making sure we were thinking through everything. She is easy to work with and we were able to trust her to use her own judgement with some of the decor arrangements. Seriously, our wedding looked so beautiful; above and beyond our expectations!
We hired Lori to coordinate our wedding - my husband knew her from working on productions together and he knew she was the perfect person for the job! Since I was the bride I missed all of the setup action on the big day, but when I walked in the room everything was absolutely perfect. Our vendors had all been on time but I heard third-hand that Lori had everyone in tip-top shape. I did see firsthand her management of the schedule of events - she took care of telling us when we needed to be somewhere, what was coming up, making sure we ate. She even went the extra mile and made chair decorations for us! Our wedding day was perfect - Lori helped get it there. She's the best!
