Kim did a great job with our small ceremony and she has been in great help since the very beginning of the process. I started looking for an officiant very close to the ceremony date and Kim was very helpful in terms of getting everything set up. There were things did not go as planned in terms of guests showing up (of course there would be) but Kim was very supportive and understanding the entire time. We had a great time working with Kim for our wedding at the end of July. After we posted a request on Thumbtack, Kim reached out to us and we talked over Skype for about half an hour during the winter and we were sure we found the right officiant. As the wedding date came closer, we were pretty nervous about the ceremony since there were some traditions that we were not so fond of. But Kim walked us through the process and let us customize and personalize it but gave us candid feedback. The ceremony turned out wonderfully and turned it much more smoothly than we had imagined. Thanks to Kim for being a wonderful officiant!

Kimberly was so lovely as our officiant. We booked her last minute (less than a month out) but she worked and followed up with us diligently. We never felt like we didn't have enough time to plan the ceremony. When we first met on Zoom, we could tell right away that her personality was going to be a great fit. Sweet, bubbly, a soft and kind voice. We chose not to write our own vows and she had a few pre-written ones for us to choose from. She was also flexible and able to customize what she would read during the ceremony. We'd choose Kimberly again in a heartbeat!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic pricing structure for elopements starts at $300 and for weddings is $400. Costs vary depending upon your chosen location and day of the week as well as the level of customization involved. This fee includes all communication, ceremony preparation, my presence at your wedding (including travel time and mileage), and facilitation of the marriage license witnessing and recording.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm happy to offer a complimentary "get to know you" chat via telephone, Zoom/FaceTime, where we can determine whether we're a good match. We'll also have a chance to discuss your desires and visions for your special day. At that time I'm happy to offer suggestions for venues and vendors as well as answer any additional questions you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained non-denominational, multi-faith, Interfaith minister though One Spirit Interfaith Seminary. I am also trained in premarital counseling, spiritual counseling, and life purpose and career/business coaching.
