I have been working with my coach Jonathan for a month now and it has been great so far. -He is knowledgeable and teaches the right way of how boxing works, techniques, etc. - He is so patient with me as a newbie myself. I understand sometimes it can be hard teaching someone who never had any experience in boxing but he is always patient. - He motivates me all the time and I like that. I need it to keep going since training can be difficult for me. - He communicates clearly and effectively. He effectively communicates his knowledge to me in a way I understand, digest and act upon, which is very helpful. - He understands me, and my goals and doing the best he can to help achieve them. - He is also flexible. He works with my schedule and he is always on time. What I really appreciate the most is when I told him that our meeting place to do the class is kinda far from me because I don’t drive, Jonathan offered to service me at my place so he’s been coming to me 3 times per week which is pretty amazing. - Also, he is passionate about what he does too. It worths every dollars. For my experience there is nothing better than be trained by a former MMA fighter! In first couple of session, we were working on basic muai thai techniques - jab, cross, hook, push kick, round kick and how move around with fight stance. coach Tristan helped us to build a great foundation. Then we started to do combos and defending attacks. Finally we started to some light spar. Coach Tristan showed us how use everything we learnt into a fight. These training sessions are fun and exhausted. After spending a whole day sitting in office, it feels so good to jump into a muai thai training session."See more
