We had Franceso come out to our home in Sonoma for a yoga session one morning during my bachelorette weekend and he was absolutely amazing! Our group was constantly making jokes but Franceso worked with our energy and skill level to lead an incredible yoga session, especially on such a hot day! He was fun and knowledgeable and also brought music with which we loved! Really great and easy-going experience. Everyone loved it! Highly recommend!!

Our yoga session with Francesco was a beautiful experience! He challenged us and had feeling great after our workout. I would definitely ask Francesco to lead another class next time we come to the wine country. It was a fun activity break in the midst of all the birthday festivities!

RYT-200 Alignment-based Hatha Certified through Body Temple Yoga with Ambika Daniella Coutreau. Meditation, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, Philosphy, Breath work, Astrology and Anatomy Training. Consistent BJJ competitor, runner, surfer, weightlifter and soccer player which all have influenced my style of yoga.
