I am a certified 200 RYT, certified prenatal yoga teacher and certified trauma informed yoga teacher.
I have taught at studios, private lessons, corporate yoga and currently teach prenatal yoga and yoga to youth at several Santa Clara County Schools and incarcerated youth in Santa Clara County Juvenile Center.
I wear many different hats in teaching yoga but my passion is serving the youth and providing mindfulness through yoga and other accessible tools to help them with stress and anxiety.

I really enjoyed Marilyn’s class! Her flow was well-paced and thoughtfully sequenced, making it easy to follow while still offering a good challenge. I especially appreciated the way she offered clear modifications throughout, which made the class feel accessible for all levels. On top of that, she was so kind and encouraging—her energy created a really welcoming and calming atmosphere. I’m looking forward to taking more of her classes!

Absolutely wonderful for my teen daughter! She is one of my daughter’s favorite people and she always walks away feeling good about herself mentally and physically. Can’t say enough good things about her and her teaching style! I once had an instructor YELL in class and was always so angry, she’s nothing like that at all; her class is relaxing and fun.
