- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 3 program levels to fit 3 different budgets - a Gold, Silver, and a Bronze program. Everyone begins with a personal assessment. Every program is personally and professionally designed and a new exercise prescription is written for every session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always take the needed time to get to know every new client and learn about their hopes and their goals. It's a very personal process. Our typical client is looking for healthy fitness rather than a competitive athletic approach, so helping each person become comfortable and feel safe in our studio is our first goal. Then we begin our fitness assessment process to discover any relevant health or medical conditions that must be addressed in our program design. We work with each client to establish clear, specific goals to pursue and learn about their fitness history, what has worked well and what has not worked as well. We combine this information into a preliminary comprehensive program design for the client's review and adjustment. With our lifestyle & fitness plan in hand, we begin the exercise training process. Twenty three years and 75,000 client-trainer hours of experience come into play as we guide each client safely and effectively through this gradually progressing training process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Wellness Management and am a Certified Wellness Coach. I have also done graduate work in personal counseling.
