Update 11/17/23: We have had a couple of steady rain days since Pacific Blue fixed the flashing and leaking areas of our roof. Happy to report, NO MORE LEAKS! Pacific Blue delivered on its promise, and we wholeheartedly recommend them. We are hiring them to replace fascia damaged by termites and have no hesitation about their work quality. Nicole was great about letting me know when she would have someone available to fix some roof tiles and clean my gutters. She was great about keeping me apprised of her crew's arrival time and was also terrific replying to any questions I had. Zach arrived as scheduled and was polite, friendly and quick in starting the job. I could hear him adjusting concrete tiles and saw him cleaning out the gutters. He was also very good about cleaning up gutter debris that unavoidably fell around perimeter of house. Very pleased with the professionalism and all-around friendliness of this company / staff.

These guys were great. I did get several other quotes but Darren from Pacific Blue came out and explained all the work that was needed in a way I could understand. They showed up on time for the quote and for the actual work. They cleaned up EVERYTHING after they were done. My roof looks great and I am not worried about any more rain leakage. I would hire Pacific Blue again for any roofing needs I have
