- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide Proposal/Contract with a scope of work and our work process, pricing and payment schedule. We work on a fixed price bidding process which means you know up front how much things are going to cost. We are not the cheapest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a site visit, discuss your goals, timing, review the areas that need work and document. We typically deliver a proposal within 5 working days of a site visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 40 years combined experience in the industry. Our painters are lead safety trained and we are a licensed C33 contractor.
