We strongly dispute the claims made in this review, as they are inaccurate and misleading. No upfront payment was taken for this project. All payments were made in accordance with the agreed terms. The plants installed were personally selected by the client during a walkthrough at the nursery. The project itself was completed within the agreed timeframe. The statement that the work took several months is incorrect. After completion, we also returned to the property to address minor concrete touch-ups at no additional cost as a courtesy, despite this work being outside of the original scope. Months later was a request for us to return and check the irrigation system well after the project had already been completed. The agreed scope of work was fulfilled. Any additional visits requested after completion were outside of the original scope, and we clearly communicated that additional work would require an added charge. After we explained this, we were informed that a negative review would be posted, which is unfortunate. We maintain detailed records of our projects, including written agreements and text message communication documenting the scope, selections, and timeline. We take pride in our work and in treating our clients fairly, often going above and beyond the agreed scope. It is disappointing to see a situation misrepresented in this way. We stand by the quality and completion of our work and remain available to address any legitimate concerns professionally.
