Had a impressive experience with My Move. First, the sales Rep. Richard is very responsive and responsible. His quote is fair and reasonable, lower than many other movers. For moving your stuff, you don't want to go for the extremely low quote as some of your personal memories simply cannot be replaced. Richard also went beyond and forward to respond my follow-up emails during and after the move. It's quite nice to have him acting as a "case manager", I appreciate this personal touch.
Their moving team is also efficient and detail-oriented. They disassemble and assemble our furnitures with care. The moving went pleasant and smoothly. No water damage, no boxes broke.

From our first email correspondence with My Move to receiving all of our furniture, we truly appreciated how open, honest, and responsive My Move was to all of our needs. This was the first time we've done a cross country move (from SF to NYC) and were naturally fearful of all the things that could go wrong, especially with reading about other people's moving experience with other companies. We are so grateful to have found My Move through Thumbtack, and Richard was our contact person from start to end and the person that we could trust. The total cost of our move was very reasonable, there were no hidden charges, and all costs were priced out fairly. The customer service provided was impeccable, and we also sincerely appreciated the responsibility the company took to compensate us for our mirror that was left behind. Our items arrived within the timeframe as promised, undamaged, and without any missing items. The driver kept in close contact with us as well from when the truck was being loaded, when he was leaving SF, and also communicated his expected arrival in NYC on multiple occasions. We can't thank My Move enough for the superb care and for making our experience a very pleasurable one. We will definitely keep My Move in our back pocket for all our future moves, and would highly recommend this company to all of our friends and family!

I can't even begin to tell you how great these guys are. I used a 4 man crew to move our 3,100 sq ft home. They took such great care of all of our stuff, it seemed like a breeze. These guys are completely thorough on everything, trustworthy and hardworking. Surgio was the only name I remember since he was the main one who kept us updated. All great guys though!!
It was simple from the first phone call until the end. I would highly recommend them and if we move again I will most definitely use them.
