Chef Sat was hired for a company event and he really came through for the team. Dinner was amazing and he accommodated various food restrictions. It's always a great sign when multiple people asked for his contact details afterwards. In short, he is a true professional and I highly recommend.

Chef Sat was the perfect choice for our intimate dinner. We had her parents flying in from Ohio to let them know we eloped & are now expecting. Chef Sat made the ambiance perfect. The presentation was amazing & the conversation was light which was exactly what was needed. Chef Sat showed up a day early per my request & he “played through the pain” which is an amazing thing in itself. I highly recommend you using Chef Sat for any type of scenario!!!!

We decided to surprise our daughter in law with a private dining experience for her birthday. It was a small party of 4 that Chef Sat curated a chef tasting menu that did not disappoint! 6 courses with a chocolate soufflé to finish us off. His communication from the start was punctual and professional. During the dinner he was interactive and informative. The food was as delicious as it was beautifully presented. We can’t recommend him enough and will definitely be back for more! Thank you again Chef for the memorable experience!

There are not enough stars in the world to rate this professional chef. Sat Khalsa is the absolute best. He was the chef for my 74th Birthday Party Buffet Dinner/ Heavy Appetizers serving 20 guests. We worked on the menu together and at the almost last minute I added two requests. He had no problem being flexible and he was very creative. All of the guests were "foodies" . Each guest raved about his excellence. He prepared with all fresh, locally sourced ingredients. His prepped and make everything from scratch right in my kitchen. The platter presentation was gorgeous and there was more than plenty of food. His attitude was friendly and engaging with the guests. Many guests even commentated on how wonderfully he treated his assistants. He drove from Santa Cruz to Napa. Arrived on time and served on time. Sat Khalsa is absolutely an amazing chef and hopefully he will be available for my next party. He is off the charts GREAT!!! (When I receive photos I will post them.)
