I engaged Levin and his team via Thumbtack to bid for two jobs: 1) Fence work/replacement and 2) backyard remodeling. When I initiated the conversation, Levin set up an appointment to visit my home to assess the job and quote. He did that. After that, we interacted a few times to estimate the job and the preferred features I needed to create. Levin was kind enough to stop by 3 to 4 times to provide different options, cost propositions, material considerations, labor involved, etc. I took a while to decide, choose the material, etc. He was not pressuring me and allowed me to go through that discovery process, which is good. We then agreed on the job and cost; later, I changed the job scope and urged them to adjust the cost, and he worked with me to decide on the correct value/ design approach that would satisfy me. For the entire job, he brought the materials. Levin's team installed the fence with 6x4 posts and redwood material, which I requested. For the backyard, work is to remodel the planting area soil curb, create a retaining wall across the entire backyard, create a planter box, lie out artificial grass turf, place soil, plant all the plants, create water/drip lines for all the plants, washing the entire concrete, etc. Levin came with just two boys; they were so skilled, very kind to interact, and worked hard. I want to thank Levin and the team for providing me with a good service and design that I wanted to implement. I will always call Levin back for future jobs based on this work. That is the lasting impression he has created. I suggest others try it with him for anything you need regarding contracting landscape and/or Fence services. We hired Levin for a major yard renovation where he had to remove all pavers, install pavers and artificial turf after levelingand prepping the ground. He came twice to discuss the project with us, gave us good ideas. Started the project really quickly after we discussed. He brought 5 men and finished the project before projected time. They added extra nice bonuses to the discussed work. Made the yard look really nice.

I contacted Levin after finding him on Thumbtack and impressed by all the ratings. I was pleasantly surprised when he responded promptly and keen on discussing details. 2 days later, he came over to understand what ideas I had to upgrade my backyard which wasn’t in a great condition (broken pavers, mulch and overgrown plants). When I told him I wanted a backyard where I could have kids play and entertain, he made some great recommendations (one of them was keeping a small flower bed with an irrigation drip feed) Once we finalized the details, price and materials (where I was very involved in choosing the pavers, wood and turf), his team arrived promptly and over the next 4-5 days, they worked very professionally to do a neat job - from leveling the land, building a strong fence and finishing up with the pavers and turf. His team completed the job with efficiency and thoroughness and I’m excited to entertain family and friends in our updated backyard Details: Size: 27 ft * 24 ft Things we did: - replaced one side of the fence (cedar wood, stained) - Added Pavers (12*12) - Added artificial turf - Kept a flower bed and planted 2-3 new plants with drip feed irrigation.
