Hi! My name is Jennifer Shaevitz and I have lived in San Luis Obispo, California since 1991. I love being outdoors, photographing/videoing sporting events and spending time with my family. I am passionate about capturing athletes in action with video and photography. Whether it is soccer, basketball, wrestling, cheerleading, volleyball, waterskiing or surfing, I love shooting it all! I can also be your go to for putting together athletic highlight videos for college recruiting and/or personal use. And if theatre
is your thing, I have experience photographing/videotaping plays and musicals.
In addition to sports, I also enjoy family, couple, individual and graduation portrait photography. Interacting with clients and putting them at ease in front of the camera is truly rewarding!

We asked Jennifer to put together a 40th birthday video for our son. We had over 160 photos and several videos, and Jennifer was extremely attentive to our requests, and she did an outstanding job. Her turnaround was quick, and she communicated really well. The video was professionally done, and we would not hesitate to use her services again.

I needed to have a highlight video made of my granddaughter competing at a World Championship event and since I have zero technology skills, I reached out to somebody knowledgeable in the field!! Jennifer was absolutely amazing to work with. Leading up to the proposal, she kept in touch with texts and calls, helping me figure out how to get the best possible shots. Jennifer at SLO Media Productions did an amazing job! There were 17 of us, including my elderly parents, and she navigated our photo shoot beautifully, keeping in mind that my parents could only pose for a short time.
