After moving to the US I was constantly disappointed in dishes served in the Italian-American restaurants. One day I will open my own restaurant, but in the meantime teaching cooking lessons allows me to share great recipes with anyone who wants to learn and enjoy fantastic, authentic Italian cuisine.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Private and group cooking classes and private chef services are the most requested services. Cooking classes are fun and interactive and students receive copies of the recipes they prepare. Private chef services are perfect for celebrating special events like birthdays and anniversaries.
