Introduction: I would like to think we stand out from others because we are able to offer more services under one roof. We have an extensive list of people on staff or that work closely with us which can take the stress out of needing to find so many vendors. We offer bartending services, wait staff, florist design, invitation specialists, day of coordination and recently added to our packages, an officiant. We want to make your special day as stress free and smooth as possible. I think the best part of what I do is seeing my clients smile at the end of the day. Being able to provide a service and be a part of their special day is amazing in itself. I love to craft and entertain so it's the best of both worlds coming together when being an event planner.

Christina provided decorations for my son's first birthday party. The designs, decorations, and execution were top notch. Decorations were delivered on time and were exactly what we wanted. I, without hesitation, will use her over and over again.

Christina went above and beyond my expectations as my wedding coordinator. I had originally hired her to help me set up decorations at my wedding, but she did so much more, without me even asking. She frequently emailed me to check in and see how I was doing and provided suggestions for vendors as well as even added her own touch to some of my decorations to make them stand out or work better. The was an issue with my venue not being ready on time, and she was still able to get everything setup with much less time than we had expected! She stayed longer than I had thought at my wedding and held mine and my bridesmaids' purses while the ceremony was going on. I got tons of comments about how great everything looked. Christina is so professional, and my day couldn't have been so smooth if it wasn't for her!! Thank you Christina!!

Oh my goodness Christina is EXCEPTIONAL! The second I met her I felt so stress free. This is huge for a bride to be! She is so professional and so knowledgeable. I barely had to even explain what I wanted and she knew right away. She came to the venue the day before and went through every detail with me, took notes and assured me not to worry. All my sister and I do is worry but after we met with Christina we both looked and each other sand said WOW! The day of her and her partner Nick were PERFECTION! I walked into my venue and it was stunning! They were so organized, helpful, accommodating and fun! Christina was in charge of all the vendors arrivals, set up and payments. She managed the timeline, the bridal party and the set up of the ceremony and reception hall. Through all that she found the time to bring me water!!! Which literally saved my life because it was an extremely hot day. She stayed till all the guests were gone to make sure everything was organized and ready to go. I would recommend to her to everyone! You can just tell she is so passionate, so professional and such a wonderful person! Thank you so much for everything Christina! I can't believe I can actually say that nothing went wrong on my wedding day!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a list of standard pricing for certain services. I charge a flat rate for hiring my services as a day of coordinator. Pricing depends on what is needed for each event, how in depth my staff and I need to be involved and the overall time. I provide quotes on an individual client basis since some clients do not need certain services for their events.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first reach out with my quote and do my best to give them a detailed list of what is provided in that fee quote. Once a customer reaches out, I set up a time and a place to meet or to have a phone conversation. At that time, I ask questions about the event and what is needed and offer additional services or referrals to the customer. If it sounds like the customer wants to proceed, I then draft up the contract and a small deposit is required at signing to book the day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I watch tutorials for new techniques that could enhance my decor style and take classes as well. I am looking at taking some online classes to receive my degree in event services as well as business management.
