- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes- it's based on the type of installation, products chosen and extras like baseboards,, transition or TMolding, padding, leveling, hardwood glue ect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone conversation and then a in-home estimate where they can see and feel what the new flooring will look like when it's installed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of combined experience overseeing projects and installations.
