Dear Trisdan and Mary:
Thanks for arranging our home move on 9 Sep. You both made it seem simple, but the difficult project went reassuringly.
As you know, moving is an arduous process, but we see ATM as coming through on all accounts. The referral to ATM given us by our agent Jeff Solomon was worthy and appreciated.
In particular we'd like to compliment the crew that handled our
belongings. Richard, Manny and Justin were hard-working and pleasant to deal with throughout the busy day. The made no mistakes, and caused no damage.
But mostly we'd like to praise the driver-leader Matt Premo, whom we view as the key to it all. Matt knows moving, both from the physical and the customer aspects. My wife and I managed an 11 acre storage facility for four years. Besides the huge storage yards, the main 5 storey building allowed tractor trailers to be driven through, and also accommodated semi-trucks on its roof. We became acquainted with all aspects of short, long-haul and interstate moving. There are a lot of professional, meticulous drivers out there who earned our admiration and
appreciation, and Matt Premo ranks among that top tier.
Matt is a natural leader, and the crew followed his instructions and procedures with enthusiasm. When problems arose, they sought his input before making what would have been mistakes.
Matt also gave us several useful suggestions that saved us time and protected our valuables in transit.
We felt fortunate to have Matt oversee the relocation of our precious stuff!
