Hannah is amazing! She was awesome to meet and even better to work with. Hannah was quick to respond with all of my bridezilla moments and had all vendors on check! The day of went perfectly and all the little wedding tidbits went to where they were supposed to go. After the wedding I thought something had been misplaced and I asked her, she immediately jumped in and was ready to hunt it down if need be, luckily we found it but I was grateful to know that she was still there "after the fact". Hannah helped me have my dream wedding and was just a perfect fit for my day.

Hannah with Red Letter Events is absolutely amazing and she was completely essential for our wedding day and prior. We hired Hannah as a day-of coordinator to ensure all the vendors were received, the venue was set up, and everything ran smoothly; however, she provided assistance long before the wedding day with vendor contact, timeline planning and support. On the wedding day, 3 hours before the event start, our DJ texted me and was not able to make our event. Within 35 minutes exactly, Hannah assisted with lining up another DJ, sent him our song list and timeline of events. If it wasn't for Hannah, we would have been without a DJ! Now I understand why EVERYONE needs a coordinator on their wedding day. I can't stress that enough!!! After the wedding, I received feedback from our other vendors mentioning how much they loved working with Hannah. The venue owner wants her for every event! Hannah has now become like a friend to us and I would confidently 100% recommend Hannah for any event planning and support. Thank you Hannah for everything!!

Hannah is so passionate about her job, she really went above and beyond for me as my Day of Wedding Coordinator. Hannah contacted all of my vendors a week before the wedding helped with set up, ran our rehearsal and made sure everything went smoothly on the day of. She even helped with the clean up so that I wouldn't have to worry.. I HIGHLY recommend Red Letter Events to any Bride, THANK YOU HANNAH !

Wedding planning is hectic and crazy, and I kept on ignoring the preparation needed to make sure the celebration was a success. I was so overwhelmed that I kept on procrastinating because I did not even know where to start. About six months before our ceremony, I mentioned these thoughts to my mother. She instantly became nervous that nothing was ever going to get accomplished and the wedding would be a disaster. That night, my mom found Red Letter Events on Thumbtack and helped set-up our first meeting with her. The second Hannah walked in the door for our consultation; we knew that she was the right person to be our wedding coordinator and to light a fire under me to make my thoughts become a reality. It is hard for me to make decisions and Hannah helped organize my thoughts to create our theme while helping us locate decorations aligning with my vision. She always communicated with me and sent updates, images, and checklists to ensure we stayed on track for our wedding. Also, she was more than happy to meet us at a variety of shops and stores to help find items to include in our wedding and even assisted us in meeting with our vendors. We experienced many issues with our florist and in one situation had a complication arise during my bachelorette party. When I texted Hannah, she replied she would take care of it, and she did which allowed me to enjoy my weekend. A few days before the wedding, she came over to review decorations and placement to help eliminate the stress I was feeling for the wedding. Also, she reached out to all of our vendors that week to ensure all parties were aware of the times to arrive and helped answer any questions they had. She was patient during the whole process and ensured all the events and necessities needed for the wedding were prepared and ready for our special day. Two days before our wedding, she ran the rehearsal and set clear expectations for the bridal party while making sure our voices were heard on what we wanted to implement. On the day of, she arrived early and helped set-up decorations and made sure I was well taken care of and ready. Hannah took care of everything and everyone and made sure my entire family and bridal party did not have to lift a finger. During the reception, Hannah again went above and beyond expectations and constantly earned praise and compliments from our guests. We, unfortunately, had another issue with our florist, who forgot to bring a couple of items. Hannah immediately called the company to take care of the problem. She even improvised ways to make the flower girl basket by picking rose petals from a rose bush on site for the flower girl since the florist forgot it again after her second delivery. During the ceremony and reception, she checked in to make sure everything was ready including the vendors and helped answer any questions we had. Hannah is very personable, professional, and became a great friend. Our wedding turned out amazing with the help and guidance of Red Letter Events. Although our wedding was almost a year ago, we still keep in contact with Hannah which goes to show you the true relationships she builds with her clients.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a hard thing to pin point. Especially on Thumbtack, every client is different. I could have a client that needs full planning, and another client that has most of their vendors picked but still needs assistance in some areas. I do my best to accommodate my prices with each special client. I am more than happy to work with any budget, size and style!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started interning for another wedding planner for about a year. They then hired me on as an on-call assistant. I decided one day to branch off and start my own business. I followed my heart to pursue my dream career.
