I’ve been working with Jay for about a year and highly recommend him. He customizes workouts based on your goals and any injuries, which has made a huge difference for me. I’ve seen major improvements in muscle tone and overall health, especially with his guidance around food tracking and step monitoring. I used to have recurring back issues, but thanks to the core-focused workouts we do, that’s no longer a problem. Jay is a great coach and an all-around good guy. Give him a call… I’m glad I did.

I’ve been working out with Jay for about a year. Since starting with Jay, my strength has increased dramatically, my body has “re-comped” as he puts it, but more importantly I’ve holistically gotten healthier. Jay doesn’t pretend to offer quick or easy fixes-because he knows full well those don’t exist, don’t work, and are not sustainable. Jay is about dialing in your diet first, slowly but permanently re comping your body for long term results, and pushing you when it’s go time. His gym is top-notch, too. Highly, highly recommend Jay.

I've been working with Jason virtually and online for a few months and he's the best trainer I've ever had.
What makes Jason different is he doesn’t just repeat the same workouts or cherry pick the usual workouts you could find in any fitness app. Every session is different and builds on what we did before. This jeeps things fresh and hits different muscle groups properly.
Jason checks in regularly to see how I'm feeling and adjusts the program based on my feedback. He doesn't just go through the motions like most trainers.
When I injured my shoulder, Jason switched up the routine with specific stretching and mobility work that helped me heal without losing muscle. He really knows his stuff when it comes to injuries and recovery.
Once I was traveling internationally for a few weeks with no gym access. Jason designed a complete bodyweight routine that kept me on track. That kind of flexibility is exactly what I needed to stick with the program and not lose momentum, which I totally would have done if I went at it alone with an app.
Jason also helps with nutrition (calories and macros). Working with someone who gets both the training and diet sides makes a huge difference.
Working with Jason virtually and online has been super convenient and effective. He actually cares about results and knows what he's doing. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a customized health program from a qualified professional.
