During that time, I have learned many different styles of training, from bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfitting, martial arts, high-intensity interval training, and yoga. I am very lucky to have Jeremy as a personal trainer. He is attentive, patient, kind, and not afraid to push me to better myself in and outside of fitness. He is one of the few in north county that are able to do home visits. He tailored fitness routines to better suit my medical conditions and mental health issues. I am so glad I found Jeremy and JM Fitness. From day one, Jeremy has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer. I have been lifting for years but hit a plateau and have been plagued by small injuries. In one conversation, even before our first session, through a few questions about nutrition, Jeremy identified the problem instantly and asked me to make one change. The result has been a 30% increase in my strength in the first month. He has given me awesome feedback and information on how to support my goals outside of our sessions including healthier food choices I can make. My fat/body weight percentage dropped from 20% to 16% with his guidance and encouragement. The goal is to get to under 14% and I actually believe that’s possible. I also feel stronger, happier and healthier than ever. He continues to push me and I am doing things I have not done in years. There are still many goals I want to reach, but I feel confident that with my work with Jeremy I will not only meet them but surpass them. Thank you Jeremy!!!

I connected with Jeremy on LinkedIn. I was suffering weight gain due to a dog bite injury and I was overwhelmed and losing hope. He shared his story with me about his own come back from something as traumatic and assured me he could help me reach my goals. Not only am I reaching my goals, but my husband got on board as well and is reaching his goals. This is the most comprehensive yet simple system that works if you follow it. I wanted real weight loss that would be permanent - not from a pill or a gimmick. I wanted to work on getting truly healthy.
