I was selling my house and called Best Professional Roofing. Fausto came to inspect my house. He was courteous and respectful. He was honest and said I did not have any roofing issues but there were some parts that needed to be treated because of termites. I was thankful for his professional opinion. To top it all,he did not even charge me for the inspection. Highly recommend!

Every roof is different and normally we have to go and check the project before giving an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls our number and tell us what roof issue they got, give his or her address and we go inspect it, and provide a real estimate, from there we are ready to start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Fausto went to roofing school for contractors in San Marcos CA, and study the books, but the most train I got was from working with my father as a young boy I was doing roofs, I keep studying roofing, because new systems and integrations and new codes come to pass, and I'm train to do all types of roofing residential and commercial roofing and roof repairs.
