Excellent all the way around. Chuck Wood who took our order was so accommodating and we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Windows arrived much faster than expected. Fast appointment. Installers arrived right on time and were amazing professionals. Top skills, cleaned up, never took a break. Window World is the best. Second time we have used the !

Windows are terrific. Knocked out street noise and house is very temperate now. Our installer Dimitri was ver professional and cant believe he got job done in 2 1/2 days.

Overall I had a great experience with Window World. My sales person Daniel was very knowledgeable, attentive, and available. He didnt try to waste my time with hours long sales presentation. The windows were installed about 6 weeks after ordering them and they look great.The complaints I have are minor but still are important and I hope the company pays attention to my review. My first complaint is when they contacted me to set up my appointment for my installation. I got an email first telling me what day my appointment was scheduled for but I never spoke with anyone in order to set up an appointment. I get a text a day or so later with the same information. Then I get a call another day later to set up my appointment. Once my installer came for the appointment I was disappointed in the fact that they didnt speak very good English. They were friendly and did my install quickly and professionally but there were questions that I had that he wasnt able to answer and I had to call my sale person to get those questions answered.Overall my experience was good and I would use Window World again and I have already recommended them to a family member.

We typically do not provide pricing over the phone. Each project is custom and unique. We provide free, low pressure in home estimates so you can receive our best pricing!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule convenient appointments for our customers, in home, with one of our experienced home improvement consultants. Pricing is provided right there and our prices are typically good for 60 days. But before we do any pricing we determine our customers' priorities and walk through their home with them and offer suggestions on getting the best bang for their buck!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a woman owned business with my husband Gene as my partner. Gene was a custom home builder for over 20 years and gleaned tremendous knowledge on various windows and doors and the complete installation of these products. I have a BA degree in Finance and worked for the Government for 20 years as a Contracting Officer (Civil Service).
