Marc showed up exactly on time. He quickly opened up the vent, diagnosed the problem, fixed it inside the kitchen and tested it both inside and climbed up on the roof to check the outside vent. He resealed it more completely than it had been previously. This was all done in a little more than an hour. I could not ask for a better job done. Highest possible recommendation!!
