I don’t know, I just don’t like surprise fees and I was very clear in scope before scheduling him. Whatever the case, when I get my next round of furniture I guess I’ll go with someone else. Cause I’ve got a lot more where that’s coming from.
Update: After posting this he immediately came back to illustrate why it was more, despite my request being very clear from the beginning. I felt uncomfortable having him come back and argue the point to me, but must concede that I did not ask about the price in the conversation outside the initial quote which, as noted in this review says 4 items, and he did not mention a different price when I told him the scope. Giving one star back because I must admit that yes I did not expressly ask him, but he also didn't say at any point. Communication failure on both of our parts, and a failing of the app for not disclosing the price per-item type schema that is only visible on one side (his). I just wanted to appease him because I felt very uncomfortable when he came back, so take this as you will."See more
