If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. After interviewing with more than 20 contractors I chose Fine Home Construction Inc. Ilmer Valdez professionalism and respectfulness was beyond any other contractors I spoke to. His crew was just awesome. I changed 2 showers and they did an excellent job. From covering our floors, countertops and even separating my bedroom with a plastic from ceiling to floors. Every day they left, they made sure everything and every trash is picked up. Ilmer even came with us for picking up the tiles. Their price was fair and I was happy I was going with a reliable company that is bonded and insured. Ilmer is so respectful and honest and I really appreciate it. I am doing my floors now by someone else and every min I regret not giving it to Ilmer to do it. This company pays attention with every detail. Thank you so much for such a beautiful showers. I really appreciate your honesty.

I worked with Ilmur and his team on my home renovation, which included two bathrooms, a fireplace, all closet doors, and the creation of a new storage space.As someone who pays close attention to detail, I was highly satisfied with Ilmurs work. He has an exceptional eye for detail, delivers high-quality craftsmanship, and is both skilled and resourceful. His tile work on the bathrooms and fireplace was seamless, showcasing his precision and expertise.One of the biggest challenges I faced was sourcing a matching backsplash for my bathroom vanity, as it was not included with the vanity top. I initially provided a mismatched backsplash, but Ilmur went the extra milepersonally taking the time to find the exact same material and pattern. His effort significantly enhanced the final look and overall quality of the project.Throughout the renovation, Ilmur maintained open and proactive communication. Whenever an issue arose, he reached out promptly to discuss solutions, ensuring that the project stayed on track.
