We needed a deep clean for move-out and Empire did an excellent job. We agreed on hours and number of team ahead of time, and did a walk through upon arrival and discussed areas to prioritize (kitchen & bath). The fridge & oven were honestly pretty gross, but they were made spotless in no time. They also did a good job covering the rest of the house, including garage.

We moved into a rental and it was absolutely filthy. Empire Pro Cleaning Services responded to my Thumbtack request and came to the house and 90 minutes later with a crew of three. They scrub the floors, detailed the baseboards, and wiped down the walls. I’m excited to have them come back for biweekly cleaning in order to keep the house clean and healthy for my family.

Carla and her team are wonderful. I was in a search of a new house cleaning services company and put a post on a local FB group and she responded the same day. She answered every single question I had and put my mind at ease that Ill be getting great and consistent service every time which was very important for me. I believe that if Im paying for the same type of service I should get the same quality job every time and they have delivered the two times they have been here. They ask you if you are happy with what you are seeing before they leave or if there is anything you would like differently and when they leave they tell you if there is anything you see afterwards to let them know and they will make it right. Im also a business owner and customer satisfaction and doing your job right the first time is my number one priority and so it is for Carla and that shows how much she cares for her business. Im beyond excited to continue using her services.
