- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends on the item. If possible, please attach a photo of the item. If you can’t attach a photo, please describe it. Include details like seating capacity and whether it has a sectional corner. If you know the fabric type, that would be great. NO HIDDEN FEES
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The cleaning process for each item is unique. We use about 15 different cleaning agents and stain removers. Specific products are selected for each task. The primary focus of any cleaning is to, first and foremost, avoid causing harm and making things worse. Secondly, we aim for maximum results and neutralize all chemicals, leaving items completely safe. It’s important for us that people feel comfortable living with their furniture afterward. We put in maximum effort, following algorithms for each item. Typically, the cleaning process involves 5-6 stages.
