I hired Help House Cleaning for the first time without much expectation, but I was completely blown away by the results! The team arrived right on time, and were super attentive and professional from start to finish. But what really won me over was the amazing scent left in the house after the cleaning! I asked the team about it and they told me it’s their own exclusive product! I absolutely loved it, I had never smelled anything like it before, the house was left with a fresh and pleasant fragrance! That, for me, was the biggest differentiator! The team did a great job doing our move out cleaning, the house was spotless and ready to turn over to the owners. They were on time and really friendly! only thing was they needed a stoll which i no longer had as i packed up the house to move, but other than that they brought all of their own supplies! great experience overall! highly reccomend. l

Definitely one of the best cleaners I've ever worked with - they are very detail-oriented, punctual, and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They have convenient payment methods which tends to make them invaluable for hyper busy professionals. I've used them for regular cleans, deep cleans, and also renovation cleans. I'm very flexible with prices, I try to be fair. The house apparently has a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms, but it has a small square ft, so it is worth negotiating the initial value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer's need must be respected. The first contact I try to understand this.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal organize course and this helps me a lot in organizing the house (when I am allowed and I have the possibility). It's not my demand mainly but I believe it gives a special touch to the work.
