We called Lorena in to clean our badly neglected house before we had out of town guests. She was a good communicator before the job and showed up on time. Her team did an amazing job, very thorough and neat. It made going into the weekend so much easier not having to worry about cleaning. I would definitely use her again and am going to look into a regular cleaning with her.

Lorena is truly the best — incredibly detail-oriented and thorough with every deep clean. She’s receptive to feedback and has been so flexible and understanding with me. I’m very particular, and she’s never once made me feel bad for it. Instead, she always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done exactly the way I like it. Beyond the amazing work she does with cleaning, she consistently goes above and beyond by thoughtfully taking care of things I didn’t even ask for. For example, one day I noticed she trimmed the old leaves from our houseplants — something that had been bothering me for weeks, but I just hadn’t had the time to do. It meant so much that she noticed and took care of it. It’s this level of care, attention to detail, and genuine hard work that I truly appreciate about Lorena. She’s the best.
