This was our first time working with Herbert and Michele, and we couldn’t be happier. We had just moved into a new apartment. Even though the building had completed a deep clean and I had done additional cleaning myself, the space still didn’t feel truly clean or comfortable to me. Herbert and Michele came by, took the time to walk through the entire apartment, and were able to fit us in for a same-day cleaning. They were incredibly kind, professional, and hardworking. More importantly, they completely transformed the space. For the first time since moving in, our apartment feels clean, comfortable, and like home. They accomplished what I hadn’t been able to do myself and gave me real peace of mind. If you’re looking for cleaners who genuinely care about their work and their customers, I highly recommend Herbert and Michele. We are looking forward to having them back for regular cleanings.

Michele and Heber have been cleaning my apartment for about a year and they always do a great job! My apartment is sparkling clean every time they come and they do a great job of putting everything back in place after they clean it. I had such a lovely experience with Michele and Heber. They arrived right on time and worked so thoroughly — everything was spotless and smelled so fresh when they were done. Heber and Michele are incredibly friendly, warm people with such a great attitude, and it really shows in the way they work. The price was very fair, and they even did a little extra beyond what I asked for, which I really appreciated. They had all the right equipment, worked quickly but with care, and left my place looking and feeling amazing.
