Santiago responded promptly to my outreach and came by for an estimate within one day. His price was very fair and he was able to start work within a few days. He did an excellent job prepping the deck by power-washing and sanding, being careful to not impact plantings. He applied stain very neatly and carefully, and he and his assistant were pleasant, punctual, and easy to work with. I am very happy with the project and would hire him again.
