Santiago did a wonderful job on our deck refinish. He was very thorough and detail oriented in the sanding which makes all the difference. The stain looks great and he paid particular attention not to get any on the house, which is difficult because we have a lot of surface area of deck against a white house.

Will use him again the next time we need our deck to be refinished!

Santiago responded promptly to my outreach and came by for an estimate within one day. His price was very fair and he was able to start work within a few days.

He did an excellent job prepping the deck by power-washing and sanding, being careful to not impact plantings. He applied stain very neatly and carefully, and he and his assistant were pleasant, punctual, and easy to work with.

I am very happy with the project and would hire him again.

Santiago's painting did a great job with my deck staining. They were communicative the whole time. Very thorough with their work. And fair pricing. I would absolutely hire again for any painting project.

He did an outstanding job painting all fences and fixing the broken lattices using his own materials, making it more convenient to have one contractor handle both tasks.
