Santiago responded promptly to my outreach and came by for an estimate within one day. His price was very fair and he was able to start work within a few days.

He did an excellent job prepping the deck by power-washing and sanding, being careful to not impact plantings. He applied stain very neatly and carefully, and he and his assistant were pleasant, punctual, and easy to work with.

I am very happy with the project and would hire him again.

Santiago was amazing to work with. We needed our deck stained after a few years of wear and tear and he did a fantastic and thorough job. He took his time to power wash, sand and stain the deck overs period of a few days. His attention to detail and care is very clear. I’ve already recommended him to some neighbors and will definitely have him back soon to stain our fence. Highly recommended!!
