I loved clean my house with Thaise! Amazing ;)

It's taken us some effort to get the opportunity to post an update since the link provided by Thaise meant the review wasn't changeable easily. We had to work with Thumbtack Support to get the opportunity to post an update. - Our supplies: Originally when we asked, Thaise mentioned they will use their own supplies. We were also happy for them to use ours. During cleaning, Thaise and her partner not only used our supplies but emptied the bottles and unfortunately we lose one of the refillable bottles we had purchased (now we have the refills but can't do much unless we buy another refillable bottle). At the very least, you could have asked or informed us and not have us find out after you were gone. When texting her after we found out, she denies doing so. Unfortunate. - Cleaning: They had not cleaned the toilets or the floor. In the first place, the toilet wasn't dirty really so it wouldn't have taken any major effort but they didn't even brush clean it once, just poured away entire bottles of Lysol. Same for the floor - it was a superficial wipe "at best". Tbh these 2 are the only major parts of cleaning. - Communication: We were originally told they will come on Sunday but at the last minute she canceled and offered me Monday during work-hours. Unfortunately, given the timing, we didn't have much choice so we went ahead but this is also why we couldn't check the cleaning properly before they left. On sending this feedback to her afterward, there has been complete silence from her. Maybe this is a one-off experience since she seemed sincere but it was disappointing and we wanted to share for other's reference.

Thaise has been worked with us since last January. She is so committed with her tasks, everything is pretty clean, since she got here!

Thaise was very professional and accommodating with time and cleaning expectation. Her price was very reasonable. She did a timely and great service.
