- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that we work efficiently as well as with diligence. we have 15 years of experience and seek to give everyone a fair reasonable price. We are open to negotiating until contract is drawn up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preferably we like to see the scale of the project ourselves , then we will write up an estimate. Once approved by both parties we begin sketching and designing. A contract must be signed to insure clarity.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
we love doing backyard renovations; Turf installation, putting greens , decks , pergolas , oh and of course retainer walls with perfectly set stone .
