- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process to work with new costumers are by phone and email. questions that we have for the move are: *Loading & Unloading situation. -Stairs that are involved for the move. *Elevator. -Short distance or Long walk from the elevator to the apartment. -Furniture that requires Disassemble and Reassemble job. -Amount of the stuff that needs to be move. This questions are very important, So we can give you a good estimate time of hours for the job.
