I've had two memorable experiences with Andrea Cavaleri: one when I was a guest at a friend's birthday party; the other when I hosted my 45th birthday party. At my friend's party, Andrea served mainly Southern Italian dishesa combination of vegetarian and seafood pasta, salads and main dishes. And a couple of them had an Asian influence. Even the desserts were lovely. I particularly loved the panna cotta with fresh berries. Andrea's presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were fantastic. My own birthday was six months away, and I decided to hire him for my party. The menu I chosesimilar to my friend'sincluded mainly vegetarian and seafood dishes. Andrea arrived exactly at the time we agreed on, and he got right to work preparing for the party. Again, Andrea prepared every dish with care and pride. He's professional, friendly, clean, and respectful. I'll certainly hire him againhopefully before my 50th birthday. ;-)

Andrea created the most delicious appetizers for our Business Networking Groups mixer. His love for delicious food and artful presentation are evident in his creations. He showed up early and made sure every detail was taken care of. Our event was a delicious success! Thanks, Chef Andrea!
