I've had two memorable experiences with Andrea Cavaleri: one when I was a guest at a friend's birthday party; the other when I hosted my 45th birthday party. At my friend's party, Andrea served mainly Southern Italian dishesa combination of vegetarian and seafood pasta, salads and main dishes. And a couple of them had an Asian influence. Even the desserts were lovely. I particularly loved the panna cotta with fresh berries. Andrea's presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were fantastic. My own birthday was six months away, and I decided to hire him for my party. The menu I chosesimilar to my friend'sincluded mainly vegetarian and seafood dishes. Andrea arrived exactly at the time we agreed on, and he got right to work preparing for the party. Again, Andrea prepared every dish with care and pride. He's professional, friendly, clean, and respectful. I'll certainly hire him againhopefully before my 50th birthday. ;-)

I was hosting our annual book club party and a friend recommended Andrea for catering. The food was wonderfully prepared with an authentic Southern Italian menu. He was very professional and fun to work with, very flexible to our menu demands. His Italian desserts melted in your mouth and his charge was reasonable.
