Personal Training

Holly runs a holistic wraparound program that helps with personal training as well as nutrition and food recommendations. I’ve already seen a change in my body and it’s only been a few weeks. Love all the trainers, Holly and the app. The support is fantastic and keeps me honest and hard working. Really appreciate having a program to follow instead of just taking shots in the dark on how to lose weight and feel better. I couldn’t recommend this program any more!

Holly is an amazing trainer! It’s been my goal to lose weight that I gained this year from working remotely. She has helped me achieve my weight loss in a safe way without any extreme dieting. Holly teaches you how to eat in a healthy, balanced way that’s actually doable. All of her and her trainers live online workouts have been so fun and motivating! The style of training is higher intensity with boxing added in which makes me feel like I can conquer anything. I really love that they actually teach the classes live and cheer you on the whole time. Everything from the workouts to her motivational emails have been top notch! Thank you Holly and team for helping me feel and look my best! I can’t wait to see what changes I can make in 2021!

I love training with Holly Roser Group and the trainers! Both Alyssa and Lucy are great trainers, and overall the quality of the program is terrific. It's been five weeks since I have been training, and so far, I enjoy my workouts and look forward to sessions. Holly and her team work together to build a plan for you, and from the very first week, I feel an increase in my energy levels, and I've been happier overall. Looking forward to more sessions and losing body fat. Will continue to add more feedback along my journey.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first step is the 60 minute consultation to discuss what areas of your body you'd like to change. Then, I develop a plan to get you to help you achieve your goals. This will determine the amount of sessions you will need monthly and weekly.
