I am in love with Mondays work out with Kenedi. Workout itself is amazing and she is a great motivator in addition to her efforts to keep us on track and asking us about goals which keep us focused. Holly and her team was so accommodating during the sign up process. Not only that I’ve worked with Gabriele and KJ. Both trainers taught me something new and taught me the fundamentals on good form, eating habits, and breathing techniques. Holly runs a holistic wraparound program that helps with personal training as well as nutrition and food recommendations. I’ve already seen a change in my body and it’s only been a few weeks. Love all the trainers, Holly and the app. The support is fantastic and keeps me honest and hard working. Really appreciate having a program to follow instead of just taking shots in the dark on how to lose weight and feel better. I couldn’t recommend this program any more!

Holly Roser Fitness is an amazing personal training studio! The trainers truly care about their clients, and what them to succeed. The trainers provide personalized attention to every person during the session whether it be semi-private or small group. Everyone is so friendly, and I look forward to my sessions every week!

Holly is very caring and kind. She also has been in the personal training business for awhile , she's not new at this. She has a variety of clients at different levels and definitely caters to me in terms of challenging me where I'm at. She's also very friendly and professional.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first step is the 60 minute consultation to discuss what areas of your body you'd like to change. Then, I develop a plan to get you to help you achieve your goals. This will determine the amount of sessions you will need monthly and weekly.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a BA from San Francisco State and over 10 personal training certifications including: NASM: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer NASM: National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer Pre/Post Natal Certification CPR/AED certified by the American Red Cross NASM: National Academy of Sports Medicine Fitness Nutrition Specialist Zumba instructor Certified​
