- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s very hard to give out pricing without discussing the project for many factors that need to be taken into account such as the tile that will be installed, also the location of the Job one job could be under the ground floor of your house. Another job could be on the fifth floor of an apartment building with no elevator. Best to give a quick call and discuss your project as everyone’s individual needs are different but we would be more than happy to get you a estimate as soon as possible and maybe even over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a quick chat over the phone to find out what state you’re at and what kind of work you would like to have performed at your home or business. Discuss what kind of Tile you would like to use and usually if you have the square footage ready I could get you a ballpark over the phone, after that I’d come to your location and do a quick inspection and get you a final price.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I served my apprenticeship as a young man in Ireland many years ago, I traveled the world as a tile installer Living in London in Australia, and finally settled in the United States, where I worked for many companies before venturing out and pursuing my own business which I have operated for 13 years.
