Introduction: I have been in the construction industry as a glazier (glass window, handrail, skylight, canopy, deck, slider, and door installer) for over 8 years. For the past year I transitioned Into project management, in an active role that combines Senior project engineering and site superintendent for a company in the east bay that constructs large commercial student housing complexes for the University of Berkeley. I live in San Mateo, and have been foreman of large crews for many years where quality control, honest interaction with the customer and integrity. Which are things that so many contractors lack today. Windows and doors are my specialty however k have managed every trade, and capable of fixing or assembling whatever’s thrown my way. I take pride in keeping my work area clean, my deadlines accurate, and complete transparency with the customer. I have experience navigating city regulations , and pulling permits.
