Exterior house painting:
The base price for a single story exterior home is $2,545.00 (up to 1,500 sq. ft.). That's a savings of over 15% off our regular base price of $2,995.00.
This includes protecting non-paintable areas of the home, surface preparation, scraping, sealing, spot priming, and applying two coats of Premium Sherwin-Williams paint.
The base price for a two story exterior home is $4,245.00 (up to 2,500 sq. ft.). That's a savings of over 15% off our regular base price of $4,995.00.
This includes protecting non-paintable areas of the home, pressure washing, scraping, caulking, spot priming and two coats of Premium Sherwin-Williams Paint.
Additional square footage is based on $2.00 per square foot of floor space. Extensive preparation and/or difficult areas are subject to additional costs.
Interior painting:
Base price is $450 for 3 rooms (up to 10x12x8 ft rooms/areas).
This is for one color and one layer, excluding paint. This does not include ceilings or cabinets.
Additional rooms are available at our regular rate of $200 per room.
Additional square feet will be charged at $2 per square foot of floor space.
Additions:
$75 for each additional coat of paint per room.
$60 per cabinet (per coat excluding paint)
$75 per ceiling (based on one color and one layer
