Responsive and reasonably priced, but the service sucks. The first time we had the house cleaned the dining room floor was still dirty. They apologized and refunded some of the cost (thank you) and we thought we'd give them another chance. The second time they cleaned it was even worse. Sometimes in life we are inundated with so much to do that the house takes a back-burner priority. This was our first experience using Silver Lining Cleaning Services and we were very satisfied. They were easy to contact, follow-through was prompt and my cleaning preferences were discussed in advance. Sophie and Hutch, the cleaning crew were punctual, courteous, professional and really did a great job. It’s been a long time since my floors reflected light and the tile grout looked as white! It was our first time hiring someone to clean our house and it could not have been easier. Charlene was very responsive and answered all my questions. Setting up the appointment was very easy. Our vision is to help those affected by disaster (hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.) get their home back to a happy environment by volunteering our time to cleaning for others
