- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
offer both session packages and monthly memberships depending on what works best for your life and goals. Packages are great if you want flexibility, and monthly memberships are ideal if you're ready to go all in and stay consistent. I also offer online coaching for people who can't train in person. Pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. Reach out and we'll figure out what makes the most sense for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation — no cost, no pressure. I want to understand where you're at, what you've tried before, and what's actually getting in your way. From there I build a plan around your life, not some template I hand to everyone. We set a realistic goal, lock in your schedule, and get to work. I check in consistently so nothing falls through the cracks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Kinesiology and I'm ISSA certified. So I don't just know how to train people — I understand how the body actually works, why fat loss happens, why it stalls, and how to build a program that's both effective and safe. I take the science seriously so my clients don't have to.
