- What types of customers have you worked with?
Tenant improvement i.e. carpet, vinyl, LVT, wood or rubber base, hardwood floor installation, repair, restore and refinish. Install new residential or commercial carpet for homes and business's. We are involved in many multifamily projects condo's and apartment buildings replacing existing flooring or installing in new construction. We also work with RE agents to replace carpet, vinyl and restore hardwood floor for re sale or for change flooring for new owners.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
License, insurance, industry knowledge and experience. Hardwood Floor - I would look for a member of The National Wood Flooring Assoc. , a showroom is a must, references and photo's of past projects. Word of mouth is huge the internet is not a good way to source a good flooring company just a way to start the process. Interview the business owner.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Barrier to entry is low, very few college grads. I worked for GE where customer service is very important. We are very serious about customer service. We try very hard to make every customer as happy as possible. I am proud to say there is a lot of good hard working people in our industry. If you choose a low price you will get what you paid for.
