JB Flooring Services came out and quickly diagnosed the problem — the original installer hadn’t left enough expansion space for the floors to adjust with moisture. He carefully removed the baseboards and trimmed the necessary areas to allow proper expansion. Since our floors are older and we can’t purchase matching planks anymore, he used a specialized adhesive on the main affected section to correct the buckling. The floors honestly look good as new! He was super honest, explained everything clearly before starting, and made sure we understood the fix. We’re extremely thankful for his work and professionalism. We’ll definitely be reaching out again if we ever need flooring services in the future."See more
