Tommy was amazing. I just needed a couple of screws taken out that were stripped and he was here within a half an hour so nice that he came for such a small job and he kept asking if I needed anything else and he wound up putting my roller blind in for me and also cutting a piece for the front. I would definitely call him again and refer all my clients and friends to him he was great.

Tommy worked along side our contractors while remodeling our home for over 6 months. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to avoid bidding a job. I charge Time&Materials. Time charged is for all productivity and consultation. Travel time for materials will be charged. There is a 15% upcharge on materials for overhead. One-way commute will be charged outside the Marin County 101 metro corridor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can discuss the project over the phone, or I can come to you, discuss the project, and provide an estimate of what the project will entail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in various aspects of the construction industry for over 30 years. Being a homeowner for 20 years there is always something that needs fixing or remodeling. I also work on project cars in my free time. Just a figure-it-out kind of guy.
