Eliseo and his crew did a great job on refurbishing one old wood deck and one very old composite deck. I got 4 different quotes and while he wasn’t the least expensive, he also wasn’t the most expensive even after some unexpected things were discovered. His crew cleaned up each day and any concerns or questions were answered or dealt with in a very timely manner. I would definitely use him again.

Recently, Berios Construction remodeled and rebuilt our existing porches. Elisio was quick to respond to our messages, arrive for meetings and to send an estimate. He explained the process clearly and answered all of our many questions. Elisio assisted in designing and finding solutions to existing problems in an aesthetic and cost effective manner. Elisio's team arrived on time daily. They were all pleasant and professional. The work site was cleaned daily. The design work and craftsmanship are excellent. The Berios team responded to an unusual request to raise a spa from flush in our deck to surface level promptly and with creativity. The team fit us in with very short notice, came up with a unique approach to the task, and completed a job we thought would take days in literally hours. Team was courteous, professional and maintained a super clean work space. Will definitely call Berios again. Recommended.

I highly recommend Eliseo and his team! Carlo helped us on the majority of our projects (3 bathrooms, other work) and did a fantastic job. We can’t thank him and Eliseo enough.
We were in a bit of a pickle and giving up hope as our former contractor took several months on the projects and would never finish and kept trying to get more and more money out of us. We had to part ways with a house under demolition and we had lost hope in finding an honest contractor.
Then we met Eliseo. He was extremely polite and professional and gave us a fair and reasonable quote. We decided to trust him with our projects and we are so happy we did! Eliseo and Carlo are extremely hard workers and were there every day. They completed all our projects within a few weeks and we were impressed by their efficiency and detail. We were further impressed by their honesty and sticking to budgets and timelines. We will be hiring them again for all future projects and will recommend them to all our friends!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we give the price for the project we don’t change the price unless the owner wants to adapt more work or the owner wants to change the order for more work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and we talk about the project that we have to do and I explain to him how we work and how important it is for us that all the customers are happy with the job and give him the best price for his project and what day we start and how long it will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with different companies and I went to classes to make sure all the work I do is correct.
