The team came the day of and helped us clear our yard pretty quickly! Both our front and back yards are more usable now. I’d only ask in the future that they use compostable yard waste bags as the bags they used were trash bags and Recology does not accept those for compost, so we have to rebag one each week.

Jose was punctual and responsive for my task of installing a bougainvillea trellis. He did the work on time. However I had a few issues working with him just to be aware. 1) price inflation - I added on a simple task of painting the trellis white - which was no more than spray painting a 2x5 foot wire mesh. For that and a simple chicken wire mesh he upcharged me 2x the original cost and did not give me a bill of materials. 2) work quality - the trellis itself was done well, and I give him props for that, it was his handling of the plant that resulted in a lot of broken branches, leaving behind a stressed plant covered in spray paint. He didn’t arrive with the right equipment to handle a bougainvillea (like gloves or a ladder) to ensure he wasn’t just stuffing it into the mesh. Finally, he left a ton of marks on our paint which I would have preferred he clean up, but instead spray painted them.
