About
Why hire me? Because I meet you where you are—and help you get stronger for real life.
I’m a certified Personal Trainer as well as certified Health Coach with a boxing background, and I specialize in smart, effective training for all ages and fitness levels. My approach is personalized, supportive, and sustainable—not extreme, not intimidating, and never one-size-fits-all.
Whether your goal is strength, weight loss, balance, confidence, or getting back into movement after injury or burnout, I design workouts that are challenging but approachable. Sessions are always customized, beginner-friendly, and focused on long-term health—not quick fixes.
Clients choose me because I listen, I show up prepared, and I care deeply about helping you feel capable and strong in your own body.
If you want a trainer who’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and invested in your success, I’d love to work with you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can’t recommend Sina highly enough. She is incredibly gentle, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about health and wellness. From the very first session, she took the time to really understand my needs, limitations, and goals, and then tailored each workout specifically for me.
What I appreciate most is her positive energy—she’s uplifting and easy to be around, which makes workouts something I actually look forward to. I always felt supported, never pushed too hard, and confident that I was moving in a way that was safe and effective for my body.
If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares, listens, and creates thoughtful, personalized workouts, Sina is an excellent choice.
