Eitan, the manager on my roof job, and his crew was excellent! Prompt response, and very good communication throughout the job. Additionally, the initial consult, service options and recommendations, were very helpful. I would add that one should call NC Roofing first when you need a repair or new roof.

After I got the insurance cancellation notice I frantically called all the roofers in my area but the vast majority wouldnt have been able to get the work done on time, or even climb on the roof for an inspection. It was such a relief when NC roofing solutions said they would be able to do the work in time. Eitan, came over within a few days of calling, walked me through the whole process, then set the work date less than a week out. The actual work part went great, only took a day and our new section of roof looks amazing. Eitan did a great job staying in contact throughout the project. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer for more roof work when it comes up!

As I chose NC Roofing Solution Marin over the few other highly comparative local roofers because of Eitan Rosen, the way he genuinely represented his roofing company had totally gained my trust in terms of his knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, patience, enthusiasm, tactfulness,respectfulness, eager to answer all my questions and reduced all my doubts and updated me accordingly, especially his accommodation to all my special needs and his striving for customer satisfaction is truly outstanding! He successfully coordinated his roofing team and gustter team to exceed my expectations regardless of any challenges. Both teams have great hardworking and detail-oriented skillful workers, together have delivered total quality work on my roof. Special thanks to roofing foreman Carlos Avalos for his master skills and dedication and for even sacrificing his birthday in an attempt to complete the project before the raining returned the following day. Thank you Gilad Rosen for helping Eitan in partially tarping my roof for temporarily solving the leaking problem before the new roof taking place. Thank you Niv Cohen for contacting me resolving some conflict about gutter size. NC Roofing Solution company deserves a 5 stars review as the whole team works together very well trying to make customers happy. I hired NC roofing to replace the roof for me . I took 3 estimates and I came a cross NC roofing and Gilad the project manager. They were not the cheapest but also not the highest . From the beginning to end it all went as planned the workers were very professional and cleaned up every day . I will highly recommend NC roofing !!!
