Jose was prompt and efficient in giving me a quote for the work. He explained everything very well. Scheduling was easy and the crew showed up on time. Work was completed in the timeframe specified. Jose was responsive and understanding of a small issue with the completed work and had the issue resolved within 48 hours. All in all a good experience.

This review is long overdue. I hired Roofing Craftsmen in 2020 to inspect my roof for suspected leaks. I was worried I would need a whole new roof, but they managed to do some repairs to halt further damage and leaks. I few months later, I saw some leaks in my house and called them again. It turned out that the leaks were coming from old plumbing in my attic and they promptly fixed it even though it had nothing to do with the roof! Jose is incredibly professional and knows exactly what he is doing. I am going to hire him to replace my whole roof when the time comes. Very trustworthy and dependable.

We found Jose to be very honest and upfront from the start. He gave us an estimate based on his inspection of our garage roof that had been leaking all last winter and told us we didn't need to replace all of it. He said patching it was all that was needed. We were so impressed we decided to go ahead and have it all done just for peace of mind and our roof looks great. We wont hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing roof work and when the time comes to do the entire house, he will be the one we call. Great job Jose. Thank you.

Roofing Craftsmen did a five star job on a small repair project. He was neat, professional and courteous and prompt from his first call back, through his on site assessment, his bid, and all the work and the billing. He sought feedback where there were opportunities for personal preference. I would recommend that you consider him for any aspect of your roofing needs whether you reside in San Francisco or Marin.
